Officials say reckless driving and speeding are dangerous actions. In order to remain safe, drivers are asked to use the following tips:
- Obey speed limits
- Speeding reduces your reaction time and increases the severity of crashes.
- Avoid aggressive driving
- Stay calm behind the wheel.
- Tailgating, weaving through traffic, and cutting off other drivers can lead to dangerous situations.
Drivers who fail to follow these tips put themselves and everyone else on the roadways at risk.
