Sturgeon Bay Police Department helps driver after “unwanted passenger” found in vehicle

STURGEON BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Sturgeon Bay had their hands full on Thursday after assisting a citizen with an unwanted passenger in their vehicle.

According to the Sturgeon Bay Police Department, officers and firefighters arrived at the vehicle and found a suspect, later identified as Trash E. Panda, trapped inside the engine compartment of a car.

After about 20 minutes of negotiating with Panda, they were escorted out of the vehicle and fled the scene. Authorities are asking the Sturgeon Bay Area if they locate Panda; they are to advise him that he owes the driver of the vehicle gas money.
