Rain, few t-storms on the way today

The latest northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…

Do whatever you need to do to prepare for rain and gusty winds today. At first, we will have a push of rain and maybe some thunder from mid-morning to early afternoon – then, spotty thunderstorms mixed with dry weather for the afternoon and evening. Those PM t-storms could bring a risk for downpours, lightning, small hail or a damaging wind gust – so if you plan to be outside later today, it’s good to be prepared.

Breezy with rain and a few pm thunderstorms today. The high is 62 degrees. SE winds from 15 to as high as 30 miles per hour kick in with the rain.

Tonight, spotty thunderstorms, otherwise mostly cloudy and a low of 50 degrees. Rain chances favor the northwoods into the overnight hours.

Tomorrow, rain showers over the north only in the morning, then partly cloudy and warmer. The high jumps up to near 70 degrees.

Thursday will be partly sunny and cooler with a high of 60 degrees. There remains a small chance for rain, mainly south.

Friday, mostly sunny and 66 degrees. Light rain showers may work into a few places at night.

Light rain, mainly in the morning on Saturday. Dry later in the day with a high of 63 degrees.

Looking very nice for Mom on Sunday! Mostly sunny and 72 degrees.
