Neenah Police Department say its phones out of service, 911 lines unaffected as issue may be fixed overnight

NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) – The Neenah Police Department says that its phones are currently out of service due to a service provider issue.

The issue, while it does not impact 911 lines, means that the non-emergency lines are down until further notice. According to the release, the impact is on all landlines at the police department and other city offices.

Anybody who needs an officer for a non-emergency should call the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office line at (920) 727-2888 and ask for Neenah Police.

The service provider is working to correct it; however, it is likely an overnight issue, but those who still need an officer for an emergency can still call 911.
