Live Weather Blog: April snowstorm making its way through northeast Wisconsin, road conditions starting to deteriorate

(WFRV) – Rain is beginning to turn into snow as a winter storm warning is in effect until 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3.

Road conditions are starting to transition into slippery conditions as more and more precipitation begins to fall. Temperatures are in the low to mid-30s.

Storm Team 5 says that the worst of the storm is expected to be between now and Wednesday morning. Gusts of wind could end up hitting 50 mph.

Visibility is also expected to deteriorate as the day progresses.

The forecast calls for a range of six to nine inches in parts of northeast Wisconsin.
