BELLEVUE, Wis. (WFRV) – What started as a pop-up coffee shop in November of 2023 has become a popular destination for drink connoisseurs in Brown County.
Wisco Sips is a local business that started in an industrial part of town but is gaining steam through social media and word of mouth. Known for its friendly service and delicious drinks, the coffee shop has been a significant success story.

Gracin Hintz and her mother, Jennifer Hintz, co-founded Wisco Sips, highlighting Lotus Energy Drinks. The Lotus Flower is a vasodilator that contains powerful antioxidants and B vitamins, which are essential for relieving stress, vitality, and elevating mood.
Wisco Sips has been steadily increasing business throughout the last few months, with customers eager to try its new beverages despite being in a building with two other companies in an industrial part of Brown County.
“It could be a little intimidating for some people with the big trucks and everything, and I think with some good description on social media, we were able to get people to come in and give us a try, and once they see the drive-thru line, people can figure out pretty easily where to go,” explained Gracin.
“A lot of people don’t know that we have a community lounge that is for all three businesses,” added Jennifer. “It’s got some lounge chairs, some booths, and that is the really nice thing that people don’t realize we have.”
In addition to the Lotus energy drinks, Wisco Sips offers various options, such as coffee, apple cider, Italian soda, teas, and many more. Gracin says while the extensive menu can be overwhelming to customers, taking a look ahead before arriving will save you plenty of time.

“Take a look before you come on our website and get some good ideas or maybe read some reviews,” added Gracin. “We’ve got something for everyone, that’s for sure!”
“At first, it can be overwhelming, but that means you can start at the top of the menu and work your way down,” added Jennifer. “You can come back again and again and again and keep trying new drinks.”
Jennifer continued to say that Wisco Sips has a pretty big standard menu and then tries to run seasonal menus as well.
One of Wisco Sips’ most popular drinks on its spring menu has been the “Walleye Run,” a Lotus Energy Drink designed to be the color of a walleye fish.
“It has been super popular,” explained Jennifer. “I think sometimes men don’t like to order the, I guess, girly-named drinks, but they don’t have any problem ordering the Walleye Run or the ‘Blackbear,’ or the ‘Northwoods.'”

The duo hopes to continue developing quirky drink names and designs to add to its full-time and seasonal menus. Regardless of the location, Gracin and Jennifer have created a Brown County hit with delicious drinks, friendly staff, and a fun, customer-focused atmosphere.
