OCONTO, Wis. (WFRV) – A driver from Green Bay was arrested in Oconto County on Mother’s Day and was arrested for their first OWI offense.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, 34-year-old Terry L. Akins-Saldana of Green Bay, was arrested around 12:40 p.m. on May 10 near US Highway 141 and Chicken Shack Road.
A trooper pulled Akins-Saldana over for speeding and noticed signs of impairment before conducting Standard Field Sobriety Tests.
Akins-Saldana was subsequently arrested for operating while intoxicated, first offense, with occupants under the age of 16 years old. She was also charged with possession of THC.
