GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A DJ for 95.9 KISS FM is facing multiple criminal charges, including child pornography.

A criminal complaint against 39-year-old Daniel Lieburn, who went by Dan Brown, outlines the following charges:
- Possession of Child Pornography—Felony
- Up to $100,000 in fines and/or 25 years in prison, if convicted
- 3 counts of Possessing an Illegally Obtained Prescription Drug—Misdemeanor
- Up to $500 in fines and/or six months in prison per count, if convicted
- 2 counts of Possessing a Controlled Substance—Misdemeanor
- Up to $500 in fines and/or 30 days in prison per count, if convicted
- Possessing Drug Paraphernalia—Misdemeanor
- Up to $500 in fines and/or 30 days in prison per count, if convicted
The investigation began around August, when the Brown County Sheriff’s Office investigated a tip reporting child sexual abuse material uploaded to a Snapchat account connected to Lieburn.
Officials served a search warrant at Lieburn’s home in Howard, and he was immediately arrested. He agreed to answer questions after waiving his Miranda Rights.

According to the complaint, he admitted to having an obsession with teenage boys, and admitted that the account in question was his. Officials also located numerous drugs in his home.
Lieburn had an initial court hearing on Wednesday at 2 p.m., with his cash bond set at $50,000, according to arrest records.
WFRV reached out to the station for comment, but has not heard back.
