BLACK CREEK, Wis. (WFRV) – As families begin the road to recovery from floodwaters that devastated communities during the week of April 13, Black Creek agencies are stepping up.
According to a release, a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) is opening on Wednesday to assist flood-impacted residents and families. Multiple local, state and community partners united to open the MARC for information, services and support.
Shiocton residents allowed to re-enter their homes on Thursday
Some of the resources available are as follows:
- Housing assistance
- Basic need assistance
- Public health guidance
- Mental health support
- Cleanup
- Safety information
- Disaster relief programs
The MARC, located at Romy’s Nitingale on W5670 County Road A in Black Creek, is open during the following times and dates:
- Wednesday, April 22—1-7 p.m.
- Thursday, April 23—1-7 p.m.
- Friday, April 24—1-7 p.m.
- Saturday, April 25—10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
