GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Green Bay are investigating a crash between an SUV and a motorcycle that left the motorcyclist with serious injuries.
According to a release from the Green Bay Police Department, officers responded around 5:00 p.m. on Sunday to the intersection of Dousman Street and North Ashland Avenue for reports of a two-vehicle crash.
Officials say the initial investigation indicates that the involved motorcycle was driving at a high rate of speed when it reportedly ran a red light before crashing into an SUV.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 44-year-old Green Bay man, suffered serious injuries. The Driver of the SUV, a 54-year-old man from Howard, was not hurt in the incident.
