NEW LONDON, Wis. (WFRV) – While flooding continues to wreak havoc across northeast Wisconsin, it’s brought out some of the most unifying and wholesome moments between residents.
Jolly Roger’s Pizzeria in New London posted numerous videos of flooding, which hindered the ability to deliver and serve customers, but, in a unifying effort, community members raced to the storefront to help evacuate frozen pizzas and sandbag downtown.

The video showed off the best of humanity, as people lined the sidewalk and passed frozen pizza boxes into a truck to help them still make deliveries and protect in the event their gas turned off, which, as of 2:25 p.m., was still running.

“I am feeding ANYONE who is hungry and can get here,” the pizzeria said on Facebook.
Jolly Rogers Pizzeria said the effort came from a single post asking for assistance, and over 30 people showed up within minutes to help.
