(WFRV) – The case involving the driver in a deadly Ashwaubenon crash progressed as his arraignment happened.
According to court records, 69-year-old Douglas Proehl was in court on April 13 for his arraignment. He pleaded not guilty and the court denied the bond motion.
He is scheduled to be back in court on July 20 for a plea hearing.

Proehl is facing charges, including homicide, from a late January crash that left a teenage girl dead.
