MISHICOT, Wis. (WFRV) – A bar in Mishicot helped support local charities this weekend by hosting a “Battle of the Bartenders” event.
Thirsty Joe’s Bar held the event, which was a friendly competition to raise money for two local causes. The event featured a packed crowd, live music, and plenty of friendly rivalry.
Celebrity bartenders Josh Schroeder and Matt Sadowski battled against one another, seeing who could pour the most drinks and raise the most amount of money for charity.
We like to give back to the community that frequents our establishment. So as much as we can give back, charity, that’s what we love to do, that’s what we’re here for.

Josh ultimately won the competition, but in total, $2,200 were given in tips to the celebrity bartenders. All of the tips that Josh and Matt earned on the night went directly to two local organizations.
