GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A scrap metal fire on Green Bay’s Tomlin Street was contained after crews spent multiple hours at the scene late Saturday night.
According to a release from the Green Bay Metro Fire Department, crews responded to the scrap metal fire around 8 p.m. on March 7 in the 1300 block of Tomlin Street.
Crews arrived to find a large pile of scrap metal actively burning, with a significant amount of smoke and flames.
Two Rivers emergency sirens accidentally activated during testing
The fire took roughly three hours to fully put out.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is unknown.
