SEVASTOPOL, Wis. (WFRV) – A man was pronounced dead at the scene of a single-vehicle crash in Door County after leaving the road and crashing into a utility pole.
The Door County Sheriff’s Office posted on Facebook about the deadly crash, saying crews were called to State Highway 57, east of State Highways 42/57 in Sevastopol, around 8:35 p.m. on Friday.

Initial investigation showed a northbound vehicle left State Highway 57 and hit a utility pole. The driver of the vehicle, only described as a man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
