Frigid temperatures and wind chills will continue in Wisconsin until the weekend when a shift in our weather pattern will bring back normal mid-Winter conditions. The coldest the average high gets in this area is 25 degrees – we are at that now, and have been for a long time. Starting January 31st, that value begins to rise! It’s the same day where our temperature forecast rises as well. That trend of 20-30 degree weather will linger through for the first week of February.
