FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – Multiple individuals were arrested and have officially been charged with multiple drug offenses in Fond du Lac.
Cartel member convicted for fentanyl distribution in Wisconsin, death threats against witnesses
According to the Fond du Lac Police Department, a search warrant executed on Friday, January 16, led officers to an address on 6th Street after an investigation into illegal drug sales.
Officers entered and seized several items, including cash, cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The two were identified as 50-year-old Willie Davis and 37-year-old Jesse Seltrecht, who were taken into custody.
Both were charged on Thursday in Fond du Lac County.
Davis faces the following charges, directly from the Fond du Lac Police Department:
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine (1–5 grams)
- Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place
- Possession with Intent to Deliver THC (200–1,000 grams)
- Possession of Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin
- Possession of THC
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Seltrecht faces the following charges, directly from the Fond du Lac Police Department:
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine (1–5 grams) – Second and Subsequent Offense
- Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place – Second and Subsequent Offense
- Possession with Intent to Deliver THC (200–1,000 grams) – Second and Subsequent Offense
- Possession of Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin – Repeater
- Possession of THC
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Repeater
Officials added that all of the charges were as a party to a crime.
