GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Jordan Love could get one of his favorite targets back on Sunday in time for a major clash against the rival Chicago Bears.
Excitement builds for Packers/Bears rivalry game at Lambeau
According to a release, wide receiver Jayden Reed has been activated from the injured reserve list, nearly three months after he broke his collarbone against Washington.
At the time, Reed was also battling a foot injury, and he has since had surgeries on both. Reed practiced all week, and according to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport, he’s set to play on Sunday against the Bears.
The Packers also claimed defensive lineman Quinton Bohanna off waivers from the Seahawks and released wide receiver Malik Heath as part of the transactions.
Heath spent three years in Green Bay, recording three touchdowns in 37 games, but has only seen limited targets with just 44 total in those games, seven of which have come this year.
The 26-year-old Bohanna is in his fourth NFL season, originally a 6th-round pick by the Dallas Cowboys. He spent two years with the Cowboys before going to the Lions and Titans in 2023.

Bohannon didn’t play in 2024 and has played in five games for the Seahawks in 2025, recording three tackles.
As for Reed, his return comes as the Packers host their rivals and the current No. 1 seed in the NFC, the Chicago Bears. Kickoff at Lambeau Field is set for 3:25 p.m. on Sunday, December 7.
