GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — Two Green Bay residents have purchased five Lindeman’s Cleaning locations and rebranded them under Martinizing Cleaners, the nation’s longest-operating dry cleaning franchise.
Cory and Trisha Spice, both Green Bay natives, worked with Martinizing leadership to renovate and modernize the stores. Upgrades include new branding, lighting, flooring, updated systems, and the introduction of GreenEarth Cleaning solutions — a 100% environmentally non-toxic process.

The five locations are on South Military Avenue, South Monroe Avenue, and Lime Kiln Road in Green Bay, as well as Cardinal Lane in Howard and George Street in De Pere.
In addition to dry cleaning, the new Martinizing Cleaners will offer shirt laundry, wash and fold, bulk laundry, alterations with an onsite specialist, leather and shoe cleaning, wedding gown preservation, and comforter and rug cleaning. Pickup and delivery routes will also serve homes and businesses throughout northeast Wisconsin.

The couple’s ties to the community run deep. Cory, a CPA and business leader, has served on multiple local boards, including Brown County United Way, MyTeam Triumph, Bellin College of Nursing, and Peshtigo National Bank. Trisha, a well-known local artist, regularly donates her artwork to nonprofits such as OnStage4 Cancer and Green Bay Community Church.

The existing leadership and staff from Lindeman’s Cleaners will remain with the Martinizing Cleaners franchises.
