Chilly weather out the door Monday morning as clear skies and light winds brought temperatures down into the 30s and low 40s, even some 20s over the north! Hopefully you covered up your plants or brought the potted plants inside to avoid the areas of frost.
Rain is likely tonight after sunset. Most communities will see under a quarter inch of total precipitation with garden variety showers. It is unlikely that thunderstorms will form.
It will be a pretty nice day Monday with sunshine and above average temperatures this afternoon as highs hit the middle 60s. More clouds and breezy winds will arrive this afternoon ahead of the rain tonight. Light winds in the morning – then winds from the south at 10 to 25 miles per hour at the end of the school/work day.
Monday night will feature rain, mainly between 8pm and 1am. Scattered showers rain showers only, no embedded thunderstorms. After the rain, skies will temporarily clear out with a low of 43 degrees. Frost is NOT expected again tonight.
Tuesday will be breezy all day with mostly cloudy skies. Spotty rain showers will twist into northeast Wisconsin in the late morning and afternoon – holding temperatures in the upper 40s and low 50s.
