GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person involved in an alleged lewd and lascivious behavior incident.
A photo of the suspect and the vehicle has been shared by the department in a Facebook post. Police are currently investigating the case and encourage anyone with information to come forward.
