The latest northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…
It’s going to feel like summer again Tuesday as it’s not only going to be warm again, but the humidity will also go up for one day. That humidity increases ahead of a cold front which will bring rain to the area, especially this afternoon and evening. Temperatures will top out in the upper 70s and lower 80s, and cool a few degrees when the rain starts.
Breezy winds will be out of the southwest from 20 to 30 miles per hour, with higher gusts with thunderstorms that could briefly blow things around in your yard. Severe storms are not likely, but there could be an isolated storm somewhere in the area that produces small hail or a damaging wind gust.
Tonight, scattered to widespread steady rain showers will take us through the evening and overnight. The low is 57 degrees.
Rain exits the lakeshore early on Wednesday. Behind the rain, it will be less humid and a bit cooler as highs settle around 76 degrees. We’ll see a mix of clouds and smoky sunshine from wildfire smoke.
An Air Quality Alert has been issued statewide and will last until noon Wednesday. This will likely get extended until Wednesday evening.
Partly cloudy and 78 degrees for Thursday.
A bit cooler Friday with a high of 73 degrees. Partly sunny skies with a chance for spotty showers for a part of the day.
Saturday looks to show a little sun with a high of 74 degrees. We’ll keep an eye on a small chance for a pop-up shower, but it looks unlikely at this time.
Sunday will bring highs in the middle 70s again with a chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms. It does not look like wash to end the weekend.
