UPDATE: The owner has been found.
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police are asking the public to help find a dog owner after a Shih Tzu was brought into the Packerland Veterinary Center around 1:20 p.m. Thursday.
According to a release, the black and white female Shih Tzu was reportedly hit by a car near West Mason and Packerland Drive just before 1:20 p.m.

Officials say the dog wasn’t wearing a collar and has no microchip.
