OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) – Officials in Oshkosh confirmed that no injuries were reported following a fire at a local Taco Bell on Monday afternoon.
According to a release from the Oshkosh Fire Department, crews responded at 3:55 p.m. to the Taco Bell on 1140 South Koeller Street for reports of a fire inside the restaurant.

Upon arrival, firefighters were able to confirm an active fire in the store’s attic. In under 15 minutes, crews were able to extinguish the fire and prevent it from extending into the main dining and kitchen areas.
All employees were able to safely evacuate the store prior to the arrival of the Oshkosh Fire Department.
The restaurant is expected to remain closed for the time being until damages can be properly assessed and repaired.
