In the title round, the city of West Allis defeated fellow Wisconsinites, Madison, which knocked out Sheboygan in the Final Four.
The contest is completely fan-nominated, but it goes under review by a committee to determine its qualifications, which vary from its impact on local economies and plans for long-term success.
The winning city doesn’t just get the title of Strongest Town or clout, it earns a trophy, a mini documentary and more.
