The Latest from Storm Team 5…
A weak disturbance will bring a chance for a shower in our southern counties this morning through about noon, otherwise the afternoon will turn to a sun & cloud mixture with highs in the 50s to around 60. Winds could gust up to 30mph this afternoon.
Tonight will start mostly cloudy but end mostly clear. A continued southwest wind will keep lows very warm tonight in the mid-40s!
Tomorrow starts mostly sunny with clouds returning late. A southwest wind gusting to 25 mph will push in even warmer air than the weekend, so expect record highs to fall on Monday. For Green Bay, the record is 60° set just last year, and the forecast high is 63°.
The weather will start to turn more active as the week goes on, and that begins on Tuesday. There is a chance for a passing snow shower up north in the morning, but we are watching for a band of snow or mix to reform up north for the afternoon. That could certainly cause some slippery travel up that way in the afternoon.
A more widespread wintry mix arrives Tuesday night into Wednesday, something we are watching.
