WHITEWATER, Wis. (WFRV) – A child victim reporting that they had been sexually assaulted several times over six years led to a Wisconsin man’s arrest and charges in court.
The Whitewater Police Department reported that the investigation began on February 13 when the victim came forward, stating that they were 5-11 years old when the sexual assaults occurred.

Detectives on February 19 took the suspect, identified as 33-year-old Vincent Dean of Jefferson, into custody, with numerous charges filed in court.
- Five counts—First-degree sexual assault of a child under 12
- Repeated sexual assault of the same child
- Child enticement
- Exposing a child to harmful material
- Two counts—Exposing genitals to a child
Dean was given a $250,000 cash bond in court.
