(WFRV) – Police in Wisconsin say a Taco Bell employee is in custody after they shot a gun multiple times during an altercation between customers and other employees on Monday afternoon.
According to a release from the Muskego Police Department, officers responded around 1:10 p.m. to the Taco Bell at S69W15615 Janesville Road for reports of gunshots ringing out during a fight.
Officials say two patrons had gotten into a physical fight with employees inside the business. Several of those involved went outside, where, after a short time, an employee came out and allegedly fired several rounds from a handgun.

No one was hit by any of the bullets fired, and the customers who were involved in the fight were gone prior to the arrival of the police. One person was taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries suffered during the fight.
The employee who fired the gun was arrested with charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety being referred to the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office.
No other information is available at this time and an investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
