GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Oconto 32-year-old charged with 1st-degree reckless homicide via delivery of drugs was convicted on Wednesday on a no-contest plea just a week before her trial.
Court records show Sarah Dahl was in court while in custody for a plea hearing on Wednesday afternoon, which was initially set as a final pre-trial hearing.
Two arrested during ‘disturbing’ Wisconsin drug investigation, 2 young kids brought in by CPS
Dahl and her attorney pleaded no contest to the charge, which also has a modifier for party to a crime and her cash bond was revoked.
The charge stems from her boyfriend’s overdose death on December 26, 2022, when officers responded to the home, later learning that Dahl had given her boyfriend at least two ‘oxy’ pills as a gift.
Her sentencing hearing is set for May 7 at 3:30 p.m.
