MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) – A Silver Alert has been issued for a 73-year-old Manitowoc man who left his care facility on foot Friday afternoon but didn’t return when he was supposed to.
The Manitowoc Police Department has been searching for David Ray Lang, who was last seen around 4 p.m. on Friday, February 20, leaving his care facility on foot.
Officers say that Lang was told to return to the facility before 9 p.m., but has not been seen or heard from since. He was last seen in the 1400 block of North 7th Street in Manitowoc.

Lang is described as 5’7″, 163 pounds, with brown eyes, gray short hair, and a mustache. Officers say he was last seen wearing a gray Jacket, blue jeans, a dark navy blue beanie-style hat, and possibly gray shoes.
