CASHTON, Wis. (WFRV) – A snowplow driver was hospitalized in Wisconsin after the truck flipped over from poor visibility and heavy snowfall.
According to the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office, the crash was reported around 8:45 a.m. on Friday on Kelbel Road near the Knapp Valley Road intersection in rural Cashton.

60-year-old Knowlton Sanders was actively clearing the roads of snow in an International Workstar dump truck when he lost reference to the road boundaries and went off the left side.
Officials say the truck rolled over on the driver’s side before halting just off the road. Sanders was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
