IRONWOOD, Mich. (WFRV) – A man from Ironwood, Michigan, was indicted by a federal grand jury after allegedly making threats to kill ICE agents on Facebook.
According to an FBI – Milwaukee Facebook post, an indictment against 33-year-old Justin P. Ward was filed on Wednesday.
Ward is reportedly charged with using interstate commerce to transmit threats to injure another person. The indictment alleges that Ward posted threats to kill ICE agents on Facebook on January 29.

If convicted, Ward faces a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison.
FBI Milwaukee’s Eau Claire Resident Agency is investigating the case along with the Minnesota State Patrol; Saint Paul, Minnesota Police Department, and the Gogebic County Michigan Sheriff’s Office.
