LIBERTY GROVE, Wis. (WFRV) – Multiple fire agencies were needed for a Monday morning fire in Door County.
Three homes a total loss following a fire in Wisconsin, cause is under investigation
According to the Sister Bay/Liberty Grove Fire Department, on February 9, just before 1 a.m., crews were sent to a structure fire in the 10000 block of County Road ZZ in Liberty Grove. The initial reports said a workshop was on fire, with it spreading to nearby trees, the release said.
When authorities got to the scene, a ‘private workshop’ was found fully on fire. There were reportedly ‘large stacks’ of cordwood around the building that also caught on fire.
The fire was brought under control in about 15 minutes.


The release said multiple agencies helped in the incident. The cause of the fire was not determined due to the extensive damage.
There were no reported injuries.
