HOWARD, Wis. (WFRV) – Monkey the cat lived up to his name, but his climbing troubles led firefighters in Howard to a rescue mission recently.

The Village of Howard posted on Facebook, highlighting the efforts of its firefighters to rescue Monkey the cat from a cedar tree this past Saturday.
All vehicles involved in reckless driving will be impounded under new GB ordinance
Monkey reportedly climbed 25 feet up a cedar tree and made himself comfortable in a squirrel nest.
After responding to the scene, crews rescued Monkey, and he is now safe.
