WAUPACA, Wis. (WFRV) – A 25-year-old Wisconsin man is now behind bars for child sex crimes after the 14-year-old he allegedly attempted to meet was actually an undercover officer.
According to a release from the Waupaca Police Department, police were notified on Saturday of a Kronenwetter man planning to travel to the city of Waupaca to meet and engage in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl.

That 14-year-old was actually an undercover officer with the Waupaca Police Department, and at 8:18 p.m., officers arrested 25-year-old Dylan Tyler Reynolds in Waupaca without any incident.
Reynolds was taken and booked into the Waupaca County Jail and is formally charged with the Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime, a class C felony.
No other information is available at this time, and additional charges could be brought against Reynolds as the investigation into the incident continues.
