Arriving firefighters were met with a one-story wood-framed home showing heavy flames and smoke from the south side of the building.
All occupants of the home were said to have safely exited and additional fire crews from the surrounding area were requested for assistance due to the construction of the home and the ongoing outside weather conditions.
Firefighters were able to enter the home and knock down the majority of the fire before pulling down some of the home’s ceilings to access and put out the remaining fire.
