The Latest from Storm Team 5…
While not the dangerous cold from earlier this weekend, it is still a frigid start yo our Sunday, and we are unfortunatly not looking at a dramatic warm up today to snap us out of it. Plan on mostly cloudy skies with some late partial sunshine. Highs will manage the mid to upper single digits this afternoon.
Clearing skies tonight along with a increasing west wind will send lows down into the single digits and teens below zero. Wind chills will fall to around -20 to -30 for Monday morning, which has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a COLD WEATHER ADVISORY from midnight tonight until noon Monday.

Besides the cold, Monday looks mostly sunny with highs topping out in the mid to upper single digits. A weak disturbance will bring a chance for light, fluffy snow Monday evening. Amounts will be limited to a dusting to upwards of a half an inch.
Highs for some finally climb into the double digits on Tuesday. There is a sign of a pattern shift arriving at the end of the month with temperature returning to near normal values.
