(WFRV) – An arrest has been made in an abduction case near the Wisconsin and Minnesota border.
According to the Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office in Minnesota, a 28-year-old man was arrested in an abduction case. The man, who reportedly has no known permanent address, is accused of abducting a girl around 4 p.m. after she got off a bus.

There was an extensive search done by authorities. An Amber Alert was issued around 11:40 p.m. after it was determined that she was likely abducted.
Around 1:04 a.m. on Thursday, authorities found the suspect vehicle. The girl was safe and the suspect was arrested.
The girl was allegedly abducted in Zimmerman, which is about 40 miles west of the border of Wisconsin.
