GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – An Oconto woman accused of 1st-degree reckless homicide for her alleged involvement in her boyfriend’s deadly overdose was in court on Thursday for another status hearing.
Court records show that Sarah Dahl, 32, appeared in court on January 22. During the hearing, Dahl’s final pre-trial hearing was set for February 25, and a date was set for a jury trial beginning on March 3.
The pre-trial will begin at 1 p.m.

Court records showed that Sarah Dahl was in court for the hearing, as the court ruled that the trial dates would remain in place, and that Dahl must go for urine and hair testing.

Court records showed that 32-year-old Sarah Dahl, along with her attorney, was in court while the present bond continued. The state requested a speedy trial, as those dates remain unchanged.

Court records show that 31-year-old Sarah Dahl appeared in court via video for a status conference while remaining in custody. Dahl is still without an attorney after her original one withdrew on December 16.
Dahl is scheduled back in court for a status hearing on April 21 at 4 p.m.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 31-year-old Oconto woman accused of homicide in connection with her boyfriend’s fatal overdose returned to Brown County Court on Thursday.
Court records show that Sarah Dahl appeared in court via video while remaining in custody. Dahl has not yet found or been given a new attorney since the original attorney withdrew on December 16.
During Thursday’s court appearance, the cash bond of $25,000 was also adjusted down to $20,000.
Dahl is scheduled to be back in court on March 13 for a status conference.

According to court records, Sarah Dahl appeared via video while in custody. During the hearing, her attorney, Jevon Jaconi, officially withdrew from the case. Dahl is now applying for a public defender.

Court records show that 31-year-old Sarah Dahl appeared in court via Zoom from the Brown County Jail and had her trial recalled after her attorney requested more time to discuss resolution with her.
The request was approved, the present bond was continued, and a plea hearing has been scheduled for May 8 at 2:30 p.m.

(WFRV) – A trial date has been set for an Oconto woman charged with homicide after her boyfriend died of an overdose.
According to court records, 30-year-old Sarah Dahl appeared in court on January 18 for a bail/bond hearing. During this appearance, Dahl’s cash bond was adjusted down to $25,000.
It was originally set at $50,000. The court also added GPS and other conditions.

Records show that a jury trial was scheduled to start on April 30. There is also a final pre-trial appearance scheduled for April 12.
Dahl is charged with first-degree reckless homicide- as a party to a crime. The charges stem from an overdose death that happened back in 2022.
On December 26, 2022 authorities were sent to a residence for a report of a man who was not breathing. The man was determined dead after officials tried lifesaving measures.
Dahl, identified as the victim’s girlfriend was at the scene, according to the criminal complaint. The autopsy showed that the man died of the toxic effects of multiple substances.
Dah is accused of giving the victims drugs, which led to his overdose death. Dahl pleaded not guilty back in October of 2023.
