The latest northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…
Plan on the chilly December weather sticking around for the time being! It won’t be as cold on the thermometer on Friday, but the winds have increased, which adds a chill to the air.
Snowfall will return to northeast Wisconsin during the day and break apart this evening before midnight. Most will get between 0.25″ and 1.5″ of new snowfall, which will bring slippery travel later in the day and will need to be shoveled off Saturday morning.
Another light snowfall is expected Saturday night after 9 p.m. into early Sunday morning before sunrise. This quick-hitting snowfall will add another 1″ or less of accumulation for most communities, but there is a chance for 1 to 2 inches for the southernmost part of the area.
