GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Green Bay let a late 11-point lead slip away Thursday as Robert Morris rallied for an 80–78 win.
Robert Morris’ Nikolaos Chitikoudis’ capped the victory on a layup with 2.6 seconds remaining.
Justin Allen scored 20 points for the Phoenix (4–6, 0–1), while Preston Ruedinger added 17 and six assists. DeSean Goode led the Colonials (7–3, 1–0) with 18 points and nine rebounds, and Darius Livingston and Cam Wilds each supplied 10 off the bench.
Robert Morris outrebounded Green Bay 35–24.
The Phoenix visit Wright State next on Sunday.
