GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police Department have released a statement saying they have located 17-year-old Sapphire Hammer.
The press release from the department says she is safe and back home.
Hammer was reported missing after her family lost contact with her Monday evening.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 17-year-old Sapphire Hammer, who was reported missing after her family lost contact with her Monday evening.

Hammer was last seen around 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Doty Street. Police say she had been in touch with family after leaving home, but communication stopped Monday, raising concerns for her welfare.
Hammer is described as an Indigenous female, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her family has provided photos to assist in the search.
