MANITOWOC COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – During a joint operation between FBI Milwaukee and ICE on Thursday, 21 undocumented immigrants were arrested in Manitowoc County.
According to an FBI – Milwaukee Facebook post, all of the 21 people arrested were “in the county illegally” and nine of them were targeted for their suspected involvement in the “sexual assault and/or trafficking of minors.”

The operation was led by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the FBI with help from the U.S. Marshals, DEA, CBP, IRS-CI.
“FBI Milwaukee and our law enforcement partners are dedicated and focused on protecting and safeguarding our Wisconsin communities every day,” the post concluded.
