(NEW YORK) -- Former Cosby kid Malcolm-Jamal Warner has split with girlfriend, Southland actress Regina King after two years of dating, reports UsMagazine.com.

The two have been friends since the 1980s when Warner starred as Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show and King played Brenda Jenkins on the series 227.

A source tells Us that Warner told King, he "wasn't feeling it anymore" and asked her and her young son to move out of the house the couple shared. Warner and King are both 42.

Warner has never been married and has no children.  King has her one son from a failed marriage.
